Now onto the new challenge from us here at Digi Choosday.

This week the challenge is

Punches and/or dies.

So we want to see lots of punched shapes or die cuts on your makes. They can be any brand so have a look in those cupboards and drawers and hunt all those that haven’t used in ages and give them an outing.

You can make anything you like, maybe a card, a scrapbook layout of even home décor. 

You can use any products you like to enter as long as it follows the theme for this week. We don’t have many rules but check them out in the side bar if you need to.

We give you two weeks to enter so that means the

CLOSING DATE IS 25^th August 2015 

and the winners will be announced on 1^st September 2015.

You know we have been asking for GDT’s to join us for a few challenges, well today we are joined again by the lovely Julie Odil and Audrey.

Julie - I'm back with my second GDT make for the team. I have used Odella Bow. I used Serenity papers . Odella ended up being a bit on the soft side.

Audrey - I chose Octavia Friendly Hugs for my image, papers and sentiment from Octavia Big Kahuna download. I used die cuts for image, sentiment and all the flowers which I cut from digi papers found in Octavia Big Kahuna set.

Scatty Jan  I have coloured up the lovely Serenity Princess for my card, My colouring was done using pencils - She really is cute, you can buy her as a single digi here, but I used the collection , which contains some lush papers , I love the lemon starry paper it suited the image perfectly - The collecton you can find here. Using a Flower punch and a leaf die and some added pearls to finish.

Anjie -  The cute image, little elf, and papers are from the Work and Play Festive Hollibobs Download Collection, which is also available as a CD

Wendy - For this weeks card, I've used Maddie Twirling Curls from the Pretty Sweet CD collection,  you can get Maddie as a digi download here. My die is the Just for You Pansy topper set and cut from papers from the Work & Play 6.

Monica - I have to be honest, I don´t use die cuts nor punches. I have used my money to buy a cutting machine and all my die cuts comes from my dearest "Cameo". But Nikki also thinks in us, the cutting files fans, and has created stunning files for us -as good as any die cut-. For my project I used the flourish corners and the birdcage cutting files included in the beautiful Eden Collection. The papers, bird and letters to make the sentiment, are also included in the same collection.

Tanya - I've been colouring again and really enjoyed working with this Oddella Twig Image and my Graph It Pens. I've used the papers from the Work & Play Love Collection which I mixed it up with Kraft card and twine and orange sparkly dome gems to match Oddella's hair.  The die I've used is the Tattered Lace Panorama Grass Large one.

Emma - For my card I have coloured up the lovely Octavia Moonfly Wistful who can be found Here. All of the papers & flowers are from the full Octavia Moonfly Collection that can be found Here

I have used quite a few dies that I had lying around but I didn't realized how bad a crafter I was until I found that I do not own any punches lol

Aunty Sue- Hi this week for my Punches and Diecuts Card I am using Work & Play 5 - Festive Hollibobs which you can find in the shop HERE as a download. Oh wow so much lovely Christmas images coloured and Digi with tons of embellishments and papers. My punches are round the page punch which I used on the Green backing and my Dies are the Tree and Santa and Raindeer. Image is coloured with promarkers.

Yvonne - Hello! This week I decided not to make a card and opted for a wee gift bag instead. I cut it out with my Silhouette using a paper from the Serenity Collection. Whilst I was there I also cut out Serenity Kisses. I used the pre-colored image which you can only get as part of the whole collection which is available as a Digi Download or as a CD-Rom.  

Jane – Hi everyone!  I love using punches and dies so this challenge was ideal for me! My make this week is a bauble hanger made using one of the gorgeous images from the fabulous TWIGGY AND TOOTS FESTIVE FUN COLLECTION! The image is called TWIGGY AND TOOTS TRIMMING THE TREE and is available to purchase separately if you wish but you really have to get the whole bundle! Just too many gorgeous things that you NEED!! Have a lovely crafty day! xxx

Lynda: I used the very beautiful Eden Collection for this weeks challenge it's available on a  CD or  as a download collection. The digi I used it called Eden Blossoms,she's so pretty, I used three die cuts to finish off the card, a tree on it side to made a flowery border, the leaves and the oval that frames Miss Blossom. Have Fun xx

Julie - This is my first make as a GDT for this team and I'm so happy to be here! I've taken up the violin again after nearly 30 years of not touching it, so I wanted to color this cutie Violin Girl. The free sentiment from the store worked perfectly with this, as did the music papers.

Audrey - This is also my first make for this DT and I too am so happy to be here! On my card I have used the Eden Blossoms Image. The papers and embellishments are also from the Eden Collection.

Scatty Jan For my Embelish it card I decided to use the wonderful Twiggy and Toots Festive collection. I love using this collection it really is so much fun and there really is stacks to use on it.  Everything on my card is from the collection all that was added was a sprinkling of Diamond stickles, a wee tiny cracker and a large pearl. If you love decorating your Christmas cards you just can not miss out on this collection, there really is something for everyone.

Anjie -  I decided to use this image that I have had coloured up for a while, it is the Gymnast or ribbon twirling girl. She is also available as part of the Work and Play 11 collection which you can get as a digi download or CD. I coloured her with my Prisma pencils when I had just got them for practice. The papers are also from the same collection as are the flowers and the borders.

Monica.-For my project, I´m using cutting files. The dress form and the sewing machine are from Picknix1-All Sewn Up Dowload bundle, as well as the patter paper and the sentiment. I just weld both cutting files. For the flowers, I used another cutting file "Flowers 3"; and for the vines and leaves, I used "Ivy 1". 

Wendy - For this weeks card, I've used the clock cutting file as the base card and just cut an extra hole through the centre to give an aperture. The birdhouse image is one of the digistamps from the Picnix - In the Garden collection, as are all the flowers, sign, flower pots and bugs, as well as the backing paper. You can also get this collection as part of the complete Picnix 1 and is combined with two other kits.

Jane – Hi everyone! A bit different from me this week as there is no image to colour!! Blimey! I decided to decorate and embellish an MDF shape to create a wall hanging using the super awesome WINSTON DELUXE FULL COLLECTION! I added mini buttons, Stickles and some die-cut swirls to finish the look!  Simple!! Have a lovely crafty day! xxx

Tanya - After having quite a big break from colouring I’ve been tempted back to it by the lovely Eden Collection and have used Eden Blossoms and have embellished a hard back plain looking note book.  I love my stationery and love note books and have quite a few of them, but none are as pretty as this.  I’ve used the black and white digi and coloured her with Graph It Pens and have used two lots of the papers and some butterflies from the collection and finished off the note book with some twine and glitter and glossy accents and some white Liquid Pearls.

Yvonne - Hello! For this weeks make I used Oddella Fairy from the Ickyinks Collection - you can view it here, or get Oddella Fairy here.  The papers are from the Serenity Collection, you can see the fabby dabby here. I picked these three papers from Bundle 1, which is available as a download in itself.  The embellishments are from Octavia Moonfly, you can see the whole range here.

Emma - For my Embellish it card I thought I would do a wedding card as I find these are the best for embellishing. I have used the super gorgeous Bride from the Love & Kisses collection, you can find her Here. All of the papers, embellishments & coach have all come from the full Love & Kisses collection that can be found Here.

Aunty Sue - For my Embellish it card I have used Serenity Blossom from Serenity Fairy Wishes which you can purchase as a digi HERE or the full download which has these fab papers I have used on it too HERE.I have embellished my card with Diecuts ,Flowers, Ribbon, and Pearls

Lynda: This week I used the gorgeous Picknix Collection 2: Gingerbread Twist, it's' available on a CD or as a download collection.I was so surprised to find this lovely Robin, it's perfect for traditional Christmas card. The paper and embellishments are all from this collection. I think the snowflake paper is going to be my goto paper this year. Have Fun xx

Aunty Sue - As soon as I saw the challenge I knew I had to use this fabulous Cow digital image. Available from the shop here along with the Black and white papers from Octavia Moonfly available here Image coloured with promarkers and edges of papers distressed.

Anjie - I have used the rather cute Wesley Rabbit image who you can find HERE. Or he is also available as part of the fabulous Cherryblossom Lane CD, which is where the papers I have used are from. I have coloured Wesley with my Prisma Pencils and added some buttons.

Scatty Jan Oh my days - an animal challenge just after the wonderful Twiggy and Toots Festive Fun release - Just knew immidiatly what I wanted to use. I started of using the owl bag template , I reduced the actual size to 65% it still made for a great size, and for those without a cutting machine I cut them by hand to see how easy they were, and they were great it was good to use scissors for a change. I started by making the Hen night Bride to be I called her Olga , all her papers and bits are from the Love and Kisses collection - I simply added some Lace for her dress and some netting for her veil and lots of diamond stickles . I loved her so much I went on to make her husband to be calling him Oswald again all the elements from Love and Kisses collection including his moustache!
(He also borrowed Santa's boots from Twiggy and Toots Festive Fun  ssshhhh). The papers I used on Oswald are from Octavia collection

Lynda:  Being a massive animal lover this challenge is perfect for me... I love these little mice!! I used a new digi called Cinders, she has some gorgeous fairy tale friends so check them out too. The sentiment and papers are from the Serenity Collection which is available on CD.  or as a digital download.

Jane – Hi everyone! A couple of weeks ago our lovely Scatty Jan used non-Christmas images to create some amazing Christmas tags that you can see here!  Incredible!! So being inspired by this, and to show the versatility of Nikky's awesome images, I decided to use OCTAVIA MOONFLY UNICORN to create a non-traditional Christmas card! The papers, sleigh and sentiment are all from the FESTIVE HOLLYBOBS COLLECTION and I made OCTAVIA into Santa’s Little Helper!! Either that or she is stealing all the pressies!!! Have a lovely crafty day! xxx J

Monica.-I´m in love with "Twiggy & Toots Festive Fun"!! I love owls, cookies and Christmas, so this can´t be any better. In my project I wanted to showcase those three elements. All the pattern papers, embellishments, letters to make the sentiment, digital stamp and cutting files for the cookies are included in this collection.

Tanya...Hello everybody.  I love all animals and this week have been playing with the template called Two By Two available on the Paper BoutiqueVolume 3 CD which I’ve mixed up with the cloud paper from the Octavia Moonfly bundle and a sentiment from the Baby Boom collection to make a cute baby card.

Yvonne - I used Octavia Best Friends image which you can get as a digi stamp.  I haven't coloured her before so this was new for me and I coloured her with my pencils. I made a simple 6x6 card using Polkadoodles papers.  The sentiment is from the Serenity Collection which you can get as a digi download or as a CD-Rom.

Wendy - I love these cute bees and anything with a toadstool for me is a must, so I chose this image from the Sugarplum Daisy CD. THe backing paper is from the same collection. The sentiment I chose fits perfectly and I love the chalkboard effect of it, you can find it s part of the Work & Play 10 - Country Life collection.

Emma - For my Animals project i have used the super cute Unicorn from the Octavia Moonfly collection. I have coloured her up using pencils & have added some sparkle to make her look more magical. All of the papers, embellishments & sentiment come from the Moonfly collection that can be found Here or on CD Here

Yvonne - Hi there! I used Serenity again!!! Yes this time I used the precoloured image of Dancing from the main collection. You can get her as a digi here or drool over all the girls here.    I made a rocker card using the silhouette, using papers from the collection.  I added a few butterflies as embellies.

Jane – Hi everyone! My girly creation this week is a handbag card I cut from a plain 6x6 blank and decorated using gorgeous papers and embellies from the EDEN BIG KAHUNA BUNDLE!  The image is ODDELLA WITH BAG and she is part of a scrummy group of ladies called the ICKYINK ART COLLECTION. Have a lovely crafty day! xxx

Lynda: I love making girly projects so this weeks theme was right up my street! I use the gorgeous Twiggy and Toots collection. The papers, sentiment and embellishments are all on this CD or if you can't wait to start crafting then it's also available as an digital download.  Happy Crafting xx 

Monica.-For my girly girl project, I used the lovely owl bag cutting file from the newly released "Twiggy & Toots Festive Fun". To add the girly touch, I made it with papers, flowers and butterflies from Twiggy & Toots regular collection. I love how this turn out.

Tanya...This week I've decided to showcase the simplicity of Nikky’s collections and have gone for the coloured digis available on the Work & Play Country Life Collection.  This collection is available as a CD and a download collection and the dog walking digi is also available in black and white format on its own.  It’s ages since I made something with this collection so I’ve made something simple that can be recreated lots of times if you are into batch card making and need a quick make.  There’s no cutting or colouring involved this week from me…  shock horror !! 

Scatty Jan  For my make this week I have used the lovely Digi Image , Dollie Daydream Sleepyhead that you can find in the store here, along with the sentiment how fab is that! I have coloured using Graph'It markers  and using distress ink on the tag, The papers are from The Serenity Collection, a perfect match for the colours I used for colouring

Wendy - The image I've used this week is one I've anted to use since it released, Gym girl from Work & Play 11. She normally comes with a pretty ribbon on the end of her stick, but I snipped the wrong bit so replaced it with real ribbon, whoops! All four papers, the sentiment & flowers are also from the same collection.

Caz-For my girly project i have made a princess carriage favour box..I have used the cute Serenity Princess. Coloured with my graph its, and some glamour dust added..The sentiment i used on tag can be found in Serenity Fairy Wishes collection...Carriage its self was cut on my portrait, a file of my own..

Emma - For my Girly card this week i have used the gorgeous Serenity Fairy Cake who can be found Here or in the full collection Here. All the papers are from the Octavia Moonfly collection that can be found Here I love all of these collections as they all work so perfectly together.

Anjie - I have used the fab Red Riding Hood image. She is coloured with my Graph'It Markers and Prisma Pencils. The papers are from the Octavia Moonfly bundle, or you can get them separate HERE.
