So let's get to today's challenge...

Let's take a look at the Design Team inspiration this week which was all about 'ANIMALS'...

 Sam - For this DT challenge the theme was animals...I don't tend to use animals a lot on my cards therefore I thought I would go all out and use a cutie unicorn which I haven't used before.  I have used Surprise Sparkle Unicorn with some beautifully bright rainbow papers from the Winnie Celebrations Kit 3 Papers 1 pack and the sentiment from Winnie Celebrations 3 Sentiments 

Jane – I have a little Christmas scene for you today featuring the super sweet WADDY PENGUIN WITH CHRISTMAS TREE that can also be found in this fab bundle HERE. I have used the SNOWY and CHRISTMAS TREE stencils to create my background and added dies from the HAPPY FESTIVE SNOWMAN and  ICED WINTER SNOWFLAKE TREE sets (both of which are currently at a fabulous sale price so don’t miss out). The sentiment, from HEARTFELT TREE, was stamped and embossed in white.

Madison- Today's challenge was all about animals. So I thought I would use the cute Eli the Elephant. I have used the pre-coloured image this time and fussy cut it for this card. I have used the wonderful papers to matt the kraft card, and added some gems and ribbon. I thought it would be good to have a floating element strip along the bottom, so added some acetate and then popped Eli in amongst the beautiful Autumnal images. Finally, added a fitting sentiment.  

Candace - For today's challenge project, the theme is animals, anything with an animal and anything goes.  I used the image Well Hello Winnie (super cute hedgehogs!). The cloud paper is from Work & Play Collection 10 papers and the brick paper is from Rocket Car Little Dude. The sentiment is from Lily Bug Love Quotes.  I also used Tags Die to add a little to card.


LEE Animals Animals Animals! They make the holidays so much more fun and adorable! Coloring these little cuties from the Latte Christmas Tweetings stamp set to match the Gnome Season papers. And such perfect little touches with the Antique Gold Cording. And a touch of shimmer for some icy sparkle with Spectrum Noir Overlay! Join us and play along with your favorite animal images! We have so many darling ones at Polkadoodles!!


KIM STEWART - For today's challenge I'm using Sparkle Unicorn Ballet Dancing. I decided to put her on an Easel Style card to show her off. I used Decorative papers from the Winnie Celebrations 3 paper pack. There's so many choices in the Sparkle line to choose from. Why not have a go, and then show us what you created with her.

So let's get to today's challenge...

Let's take a look at the Design Team inspiration this week which was all about 'AUTUMN/FALL COLOURS'...

Annette, (Netty's Cards): I've used Gnometastic Birthday Surprise and some pretty papers from the Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Paper Heaven 2 set in orange shades.  I've made a cupcake shaped card using my Silhouette cutting machine and added faux stitching around the papers.  As usual, I've watercoloured my image using Ranger Distress Ink Reinkers.

Rose Hello there, for Today's challenge, I am using digital image Oddella with bag Ickyink Art and digital paper Halloween/Autumn Paper Heaven 2, sentiment from Wizardy Magic Little Dude. You can read  more details on my blog...
Maritza: Hello my crafty friends, For this week  challenge, I made a XL tag.  I am using a digital image Ruby Flowers, I have painted with colours pencils. Digital papers are digital collection Winnie Wonderland Paper Heaven 8
Myriam – Hello there! For this card I have used orange and purple papers from Halloween Trick or Treat 1 and Halloween Trick or Treat 2. You can combine them perfectly together! I have coloured Odella Bow with Prismacolor pencils. The text is from the bundle Spooky Sentiments.
Maz - For this weeks 'Purple and Orange' theme, I used Winnie - Windy Day from Winnie Special Moments. I stencilled the background using Distressed Trellis Stencil and Distress Oxide Ink. The flowers and leaves are stamped from Lemonade Fizz Stamp Set.  Sentiments are from Super Sentiments Stamp Set. All details can be found on my blog.
ANITA Our challenge for today was to use orange and purple! When I saw Jasper Hot Air Balloon, I could just picture those colors to bring it to life. To create the background I used a sentiment from Quotes - Winnie Special Moments #Q2-13 and created a row, grouped it, then doubled it and grouped again until the entire 5” X 7” background was filled. Love how that black & white pops against the watercolored purples!
ROBERTA - To make this card I first printed the Cat Naps - Honeypie digital stamp on cardboard suitable for use with alcohol markers, colored it with Spectrum Noir Classique and cut it out. To make the background, however, I used black chalk and created ripples. Once dry, with a sponge, I passed the Finnabair waxes in orange and purple shades, creating this particular effect. Finally, I printed one of the sentiments from the Winnie Celebrations 2 sentiments collection.
MARZENA - This time I made a 3D card with the beautiful January download.  I also coloured with copics. I have chosen the autumn bundle and plotted and attached to the card, creating a beautiful scene. I used this Super Sentiments stamp set  - and I have the words enjoy the autumn stamped out and glued to the upper side.  I got the design papers from the following paper 1 , 2 and 3 sets...

So let's get to today's challenge...

Let's take a look at the Design Team inspiration this week which was all about 'Friendship'...

LEE...It's a beautiful season for friendship! Well every season is... but i thought this precious little Meribelle Mermaid Hello Sailor was just too cute! And I used Copics to color them but the background was pre-printed and do I LOVE that feature with many of these amazing Polkadoodles digis!! The Winnie Starfish and Sandcastles has so many gorgeous papers to print and use also! I used papers from Winnie Starfish/Sandcastles 7 and Winne Starfish/Sandcastles 3!!  Along with some adorable Pink and White Twine and Dewdrops. I added a touch of sparkle using the Spectrum Noir sparkle pen! I hope you have a beautiful day!

Candace - For today's challenge project, the theme is Friendship, anything that represents friendship and anything goes.  I used the image Missed You - Winnie as this image screams friendship!  The sentiment ticket is from Cool Dude and I used the dies Super Sprigs,  Flower Flourish, Squares and Circles.  The pattern papers are from Paper Heaven 3 - Winnie Special Moments.

Sam- While making my friendship card I reflected on the time I met my bestie....we didn't know then what a friendship we would have!  We share so many interests that it is quite scary.  I had to go buy a ton of those enamel dots because of her so I found it fitting I would use them on my Friendship card today!  Anyway I also  used the very cute Honeypie Best Friends Hugs for the image, Helga Hippo Paper Heaven 3 (has to be my favourite paper) and Winnie Celebrations 1 Sentiments.  Happy Crafting.


Jane – The WINNIE LET’S HANG OUT bundle is a fabulous collection to celebrate friendship. Here I have used the MISSED YOU digi along with one of the papers and sentiment. I have also used the glorious HEART FLOURISH die and one of the smaller TAG dies both of which are currently at an amazing price!!

Madison- Today's challenge was all about Friendship, and I knew just knew the perfect pairing to go with the theme. It had to be the Sparkle Unicorn. I have made this diamond fold easel card, using the gorgeous papers from Winnie Sugar Sprinkles. I love the range of colours and I thought they went perfectly the Camera Shy Unicorn digi stamp.  As the stopper for this card I have used a lovely sentiment from the Lil' Miss Sugarpops sentiment range. 

KIM S - Here we are in September already. Summer days coming to an end.  I had to squeak one last summery project out before it's all about Halloween, Thanksgiving and oh that BIG one Christmas. For today's Challenge project I'm using the ever sweet Winnie Celebrations Big Bunch, she's just so lovely to color up.  She's been matted onto some very cute Digi papers from the paper pak Winnie Sunshine Delights pack 2, I chose 3 sheets all from that pak as they all go so well together. Lets see what you can create with Winnie Celebrations -Have a wonderful day Creating!

So let's get to today's challenge...

The Design Team's theme this week was 'HALLOWEEN'...let's take a look at these spook-tacular crafts!

Annette from Netty's Cards:  I've been making some little treat baggies for the ghosts and ghouls who visit on Hallowe'en this year.  My little treat bag is decorated with a cropped Jasper Kitty, and a sentiment from the Halloween Trick or Treat bundle. As always, my image is watercoloured using Ranger Distress Ink Reinkers.

Maritza:  Hello my crafty friends... I made a gift bag for  Halloween. I have used paper kraft bag and this image is Spooky Witch digital image, I have painted with colours pencils, papers are Halloween Trick or Treat paper heaven 3  , and embellishments are Witchie Witchie. 
Myriam - This little dude is totally ready for the Halloween party! For my card I have used Dragon Onesie Little Dude which include this cute little dude dressed as a dragon and matching papers. I have cut the text ‘Halloween party’ from a Halloween Trick or Treat Sentiment.
Maz - ENTER IF YOU DARE! For my Halloween project, I used the NEW Snow Globe Die and Woodland Door Die along with a sneak peek at some more new goodies coming soon! Full details on how I created this project can be found on my blog.

Rose BOO - For current challenge, I have created a large Tag using Winnie Wednesday Bat Girl and digital papers Halloween/Autumn Paper Heaven 2 together with other embellishments and trims. You can read more details on my blog . 
Anita:  It’s Halloween at Digi Chooseday and I’ve created a scene with 6 “spooky” images: The dark harlequin background paper is from Winnie in Wonderland Paper Heaven 1 . The remainder of 5 images are: Spooky House, Spooky Sentiments, Spooky Mummy, Spooky Dracula and Spooky Witch. Our 3 little Trick or Treaters were resized and superimposed upon each other to create 1 digital grouped image out for a night of fun!
Roberta: To make this card, I first printed the Spooky Witch digital stamp on cardboard suitable for use with alcohol markers, colored it with Spectrum Noir Classique and cut it out. To make the background, however, I used watercolor cardboard and sprayed it with Distress Ink Clay and Lindy's Stamp spray Blue Violet; once dry I made small cracks with a stencil and white chalk. Finally, I used a sheet from the digital paper of the Halloween / Autumn paper heaven 1 collection, cutting out some bats. Finally, I printed one of the sentiments from the Halloween trick or treat collection.

LEIGH - For this card, I used the Wizardy Magic Little Dude. I printed this digi on Kraft cardstock and then I coloured him with Copic Markers. I used a white gel pen for the highlights too. I used patterned paper for the background and added this relevant sentiment to finish.

MARZENA - I cut out a white circle and stuck it in the left corner so that it would be recognisable as a moon later. The background with the Distress Oxide blueprint sketch, wilted violet and black soot blinded. I added the stars with a white pencil. When I was done with the background, I taped off the circle again, creating the beautiful moon. I coloured the Winnie with Copics. From the set https://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/witchie-witchie-2013-craft-download-bundle/.  I took the tree, fence, bat and the saying. The fence is also coloured with Copics.
