So let's see what the Design Team have been making this week...

Ana - For this week’s Digi Choosday DT challenge, our prompt was to make a gift that holds chocolate, and I created this diagonal lid gift box — perfect for sweets and treats, a box but with a unique lid opening! I used Polkadoodles’ Icy Winter Papers Set 2 – Theo Penguin for the base and decorated it with the adorable Beary Christmas Topper Sheet. To make it extra festive and sparkly, I added a glittered poinsettia embellishment! It’s such a fun and elegant way to level up your gift giving this season! KIM S - Happy Digi Choosday everyone, Christmas creating mode is in full swing. Have you finished all your Christmas crafts? My personal cards are usually the last to get done sadly. And always late. 😂
For my design team project this week I created a bag/purse/satchel to hold lots of yummy Christmas treats. I haven't used my favourite girl for awhile so I chose Winnie from the White Christmas line called Fairy Gifts. I also added a tag using one of the pre-coloured Winnie White Christmas images called Snowballs and Snowmen which comes in handy for quick little projects if you don't want to colour. I added a piece of decorative paper to the front of my bag to add a bit of interest and break up all the red from the Jolly Santa line from paper pack download 1.I added some extra little details like white faux stitching along the trims on the bag using my white gel pen. And finally some die cut greenery and red and pink mulberry flowers to finish my project off. Lastly some gold glimmer mist to make everything sparkle.

Nina - I just love giving little treats at Christmas – and what could be better than chocolate in a cute, handmade package? This year, I’m accompanied by the enchanting gingerbread girl from the digital stamp set Gingerbread Cookie. With her red dress, big bow in her hair, candy cane, and colorful lollipop, she simply radiates pure Christmas joy! To match, I used the digital paper with candy canes and colorful sprinkles from the same set – everything perfectly coordinated. Inside, there’s a little chocolate bar, lovingly wrapped with a belly band and decorated with the sweet gingerbread boy – and on the lid it says: Gingerbread Kisses while inside, a Sweet Christmas Wish is waiting for you.

Kaye - They say you can make life sweeter by giving chocolates, But I'd like to think making your own packaging would make it sweetest. For this weeks' challenge, I used Bella Bear Hot Chocolate -Too Cute Digital Stamp to vamp up a milk carton box inspired chocolate box. You can just feel the sweetness exude from the box down to it's contents. Enjoy! Instagram - @kayeskraftivitee_

Ana - Hi everyone! For this week’s Polkadoodles Digi Choosday challenge, our DT prompt was “Make a Gift that Holds Chocolate.” And I like it so much that I made 2 different projects. For my second project, I created a standing gift box easel for holding a hot chocolate packet and candy cane, or even mini notebooks and notepads! I used the Icy Winter Papers Set 2 – Theo Penguin and the Beary Christmas Topper Sheet to decorate this cute and functional little gift. Handmade packaging like this makes gift-giving even sweeter and more special this holiday season! You can also find me at Instagram: @my.cat.and.crafts | Facebook: My Cat and Crafts

Thanks so much to the team for their GORGEOUS inspiration this week!
