So let's see what the Design Team have been making...
Nat - Hello Everyone, I made a circle card, something I haven't done for years!! I used the Party Time digital stamp. This image comes black and white and coloured so you can pick your level of craft. I coloured it with copics and teamed it up with a few things from my stash and the Helga Hippo Quotes and Sentiments. When making a shape card you need to remember to cut a little bit off the back of the card so it stands up! Hope you enjoy this weeks inspiration!

Nelly - The inspiration for this card came from my Granddaughter, she’s just turned 4 and graduates from nursery this year. So with her in mind, I chose to go cute. Using distress ink I stencilled the background in frayed burlap, and abc123-stencil I coloured up this image taken from the graduation bundle found here cute-girl-with-glasses-books--bag, other elements, pencils, sentiment, bunting and balloon was taken from the big bundle which you can find HERE you will find so much inspiration from this bundle.

Kara - Today i have a super fun card to share with you using the desert cactus digi stamp and happy cactus papers. This is a 7x7 circle diorama rocker card using the prompt of not a square or rectangle card so I went with this quirky feminine card. The stamp is coloured using ohuhu markers YG012, YG013, E49, E59, R28,and Y615.
Nina - Today it is DigiChoosday at Polkadoodles and I created a beautiful card in a shabby chic style.
Who knows this feeling? We all have lots of paper scraps lying around at home and often do not know what to do with them. For this card, I used a piece of brown corrugated cardstock and a leftover piece of white cardstock. I tore the white cardstock to the size I needed, inked the edges with brown ink and lightly distressed the surface to create the typical shabby chic look. Flowers always work beautifully with this style, so I grabbed some Printable Flowers and arranged them in different shapes and sizes on the card. This creates a soft and harmonious design filled with lovely details. As a special highlight, the sweet girl with her iced tea jumped onto the card. She fits the shabby chic theme perfectly and adds a charming focal point to the design. It is amazing how quickly you can turn a few leftover paper scraps into a beautiful and unique handmade card.
Products used:
Barista Coffee/Cake bundle kit
Coffee, Tea and Cake word art
Glass Half Full - January
I hope you like my card and that it inspires you to use your paper scraps creatively. Do you also keep all those little paper pieces because you think they might come in handy one day?

Vicky - G’Day Crafty Friends! For today’s card I’ve created an oval-shaped card to give it a unique & feminine feel, especially with the pretty pink stripe Printable Paper from the Bee Buzzy Stripes & Gingham Printable Paper Patterns set. Perfect for celebrating that special occasion. The paper gives it a sweet and timeless look. The fun digi stamp Flower Birthday celebration cake with candles
was printed onto Express-It Paper & coloured with Copics. I added a greeting from the Birthdays Sentiments & Greetings Digi. Warm pinks & soft florals coordinate perfectly with the paper. There’s just something elegant about stepping away from traditional square or rectangle cards & creating a design with softer, more delicate line. Have you tried creating a shaped card?
Copic colours:
Flowers – Y02, Y06, Y17, RV23, RV34, RV61
Leaves – YG63, YG67
Cake – R25, E29, E31
Icing – V93, V95
Enjoy your day!

Kim S - For this weeks Digi Choosday challenge project it was all about creating a card that wasn't a standard square or rectangular. What's a girl to do? I've done the circle cards and the oval shaped cards. So this week I decided on the beautiful arch shape, which i think adds such a lovely, soft touch to the design.
I featured Mabel today. Now even though she's technically a winter/christmas type digi this is what is so great about creating with digital images they can be anything you want them to be. I chose Mabel Christmas and coloured her up in a trendy mauve and slate blue combo. I am especially happy with her strawberry blonde hair-what a pop of colour that is! It really complements the purple tones of the flowers.
I popped her up on top of the floral cake digi from the Party Time line that i also coloured in the mauve and slate blue combo.
I layered the coloured images onto of a decorative paper from Winnie Sunshine Delights Pack 2. Speaking of Winnie. You do know Mabel is Winnie's BFF, right? All the more reason to go check out the rest of the Mabel collection, not to mention all the Winnie digis available.
Why i love this project so much? The arch shape just makes it stand out immediately on a display shelf. All the layered elements give it so much dimension. And lastly a great reminder that sometimes just changing the shape of your card base can give your digital stamps a whole new life.
