Challenge 4, week 2 - Anything Goes card making, craft, paper craft, scrapbook challenge

This challenge is 4 weekly - giving you 4 weeks to enter with $45 in prizes per month. You can enter up to 4 times, with 4 different projects. 

We will still post weekly inspiration from the team but the competition will remain open for 4 weeks.

Nat - Hi everyone! I'm so happy to be on the team! I have made a little clean and simple..ish card using Horace from the shop. I used the Silhouette Cameo to resize and position Horace. I staggered the sizes and flipped one to help make it feel like it isn't the same image.
I using the detachment tool in the program I removed the Happy Birthday from Helga Hippo Quotes and Sentiments bundle. I coloured the images with Copics and applied Glossy Accents to their noses. As the ground in the image is curved I made some extra lumps in the grass.

Ground - G07, YG17, YG03 and YG01
Large Dog - E47, E44, E43 and E41
Collar - B99, B97 and B95
Medium Dog - E44, E43, E42, E41 and W1
Collar - V28, V25, V22 and Glazed with BV25
Small Dog - E37, E35, E34 and E31
Collar - Y08 and Y06
Noses - 110, C9, C7 and C5

Black Glaze Pen

Products:
Nina - For my card I chose the beautiful wood look digital paper from the set. It creates a warm and natural base and fits perfectly with a lovingly designed birthday theme. I combined it with matching flowers from another set. As a special highlight the cute dog and the adorable cat with a balloon and present jumped onto my card. They instantly bring joy and make the design lively and cheerful.
I coloured the images to match the digital paper
Cat: W4 W3 W2 W1
Balloon 1 and bow: R81 RV34
Balloon envelope and present: BG10 BG13 G00
Dog: C4 C3 C2 C1
To finish the card I added the sentiment Happy Birthday which completes the design beautifully.

Kaye - for this challenge, I made a Happy Birthday Card featuring my favorite Cat and Dog tandem (AKA Horace and Boo). Here I printed the Surpise Cake Horace and Boo on Spring into Easter printable cardmaking digital craft paper patterns - set 3 and colored them using our trusty Ohuhu Markers, enjoy!

KIM - For my design team project this week I went CAS. I chose Boo from the Horace and Boo Big Kahuna download set. https://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/horace-boo-big-kahuna-download-printable-craft-bundle/ . I coloured this sweet girl up with my Copic markers as a fluffy grey tabby cat.
My Copic colour palettes that I used to colour Boo up with C00,C0,C01,C03,C05 I added pink to her nose and ears using RV000,RV00 and finally the candles were coloured using B000,B000,B01 plus YG01,YG03,YG23 and lastly the candle flames i used Y08,Y15,Y38
I paired her with soft muted papers from the Summer breeze digi scrap download set https://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/summer-breeze-digi-scrap-craft-download/ and from Winnie Starfish and Sandcastles pak 3 https://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/winnie-starfish-sandcastles-papers-3-download/
For that extra Rosa's Heart touch of sparkle i added some clear Stickles to the candles flames https://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/birthday-candles-digital-stamps-printable-clipart-for-cardmaking-craft-scrapbooking-stickers/

Ana  - Hi everyone! For this week’s Digi Choosday, I created a fun fold card featuring the adorable Horace and Boo Surprise Cake https://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/surprise-cake-horace-boo-download-printable-bundle/ digi stamp.
I wanted something a little more interactive than a regular card, so I made a pinwheel reveal design using double-sided patterned paper from the Gnome Men Football USA collection https://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/gnome-men-football-usa-printable-paper-patterns-for-cards-cardmaking-paper-crafting-and-stickers/ . The folds create a fun opening element that reveals the colored image inside - such a fun surprise for any birthday!
I colored the digi using Ohuhu Colored Pencils and paired it with sentiments from Spring Tons of Love https://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/spring-tons-of-love-greetings-sentiments-quotes-printable-craft-card-making-digital-downloads/ .
It’s a simple make with a big impact, a nice fun fold add on for an extra special touch to your handmade cards!
