So let's see what the Design Team have been making...

Natalie - This is a very different fun fold for me. Very Simple. Really all you do is cut a triangle from the top left down to the bottom right. I then cut a base cut almost in half and that formed the flap. I used a Silhouette Cameo to print out the image. I used Xpress It card stock as I do a lot of Copic colouring, however I decided to use Prismacolor pencils.
Prismacolor Pencils:
Skin - Dark Umber 947, Beige Sienna 1080, Peach 939, Eggshell 140 and Cream 914
Hair - Chocolate 1082, Light Umber 941 and Golden Rod 1034
Blue - Idanthrone Blue 208, True Blue 903 and Periwinkle 1025
Green - Dark Green 908, Olive Green 911 and Apple Green 912
Blue Green - Cobalt Turquoise 105, Aquamarine 905, Light Aquamarine 992 and Light Green 920
Orange - Chestnut 1081, Pumpkin Orange 1032 and Yellowed Orange 1002
Purple - Black Grape 996, Imperial Violet 1007, Parma Violet 1008 and Greyed Lavender 1026
Black - Black 935, Cool Grey 90% 1067 and Cool Grey 70% 1065
Yellow - Chocolate 1082, Golden Rod 1034 and Canary Yellow 916

Kim - For my latest Polkadoodles Design team project, I created interactive card.   I chose a classic gatefold design, which I secured with a sturdy belly band to keep all that fairy magic tucked inside until it’s time for the big reveal! I love how the round circular focal point with Winnie acts almost lock for the card. I chose Winnie Flower Fairy Dancing Bouquet https://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/flower-fairy-dancing-bouquet-winnie-daisy-fairy-cute-girl-printable-clipart-digital-stamp-digistamp-for-cards-cardmaking-crafting-and-stickers/.  I had so much fun colouring her hair in those bright pink hair tones Using Copic colours RV000 RV10 RV11 and RV13.  I coloured her dress with B60 B63 B66 to blend in with the card base and decorative papers. My paper selections are from Noodle Panda set 2 https://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/set-2-noodle-panda-bear-cute-printable-digi-stamp-clipart-with-svg-outlines-for-card-making-crafting-printable-planner-sticker/ And Theo Penguin Icy Winter paper pak https://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/11-icy-winter-papers-set-1-theo-penguin-for-card-making-craft-scrapbook-junk-journals/ I chose the soft pastel plaid paper especially that brings all the spring colours(even though the paper is in a winter set it works quite amazingly in other themes) together without taking the spotlight away from Winnie. The finishing touches of a few tiny lavender butterflies and some clear gems for that essential fairy-dust sparkle.

Zel - For this challenge, I used a memory dex card puncher to create my memory dex card base then I ink blend it using distress oxide antique linen. I scan n cut Pancake waffles printable and Birthday girl rebel girl as my focal point and adhere them to my card base. For my sentiment I used winnie sugar and a sprinkle set.

Nina - I created a Peek-a-Boo Slider Card with a balloon belly band: I designed the card base completely myself, then cut it with my cutting machine, neatly scored all the folds, and finally assembled everything by hand. A real eye-catcher is the sweet mouse with a balloon from the Birthday Mouse set, which I used both on the outside (on the balloon belly band) and in a larger version inside the card. On the front, I paired her with the sentiment “Have a mice day”, and inside she’s joined by Have a wonderful day.The delicate striped digi paper in soft pastels also comes from the “Birthday Mouse” set. I trimmed several mats to size and layered them up to create a harmonious look with a little dimension. I also made the balloon on the belly band as a layered element, cutting it from the digi paper as well.To finish, I placed the mouse right on top of the stacked balloon so she looks like she’s sitting on it – turning the belly band into a cute little decorative feature of its own. Thanks to the combination of the image, paper, layers, and the special fold, the card creates a lovely peek-a-boo effect when opened, almost like the mouse is standing on a tiny stage. So, what do you think of the card? Do you like it as much as I do?Love Nina

Ana - Hi crafty friends! For this week’s Polkadoodles Digi Choosday challenge, our DT prompt is “Birthday Card with a Different Fold,” and I created a fun Double Gatefold Card featuring the adorable Pickles the Hedgehog. This fold looks fancy, but it’s actually very simple! I created a main card base and a mini card base, scored and folded them to form the gatefold and pop-up mechanism, then layered everything with patterned papers and cardstock. Once assembled, I decorated the panels with cute Pickles images and a sweet birthday sentiment. If you’d like to recreate this card, I’ve shared full step-by-step instructions over on my blog.
