So let's see what the Design Team have been making this week...we hope you're inspired!...
KIM STEWART - Our challenge this week was all about SHOPPING. Who doesn't love a bit of Retail Therapy? 😉 As well as using a particular colour palette. Of course pastel colours are right up my alley so this was a fun one for me. I choose one of the Ruby girls for my card this week. A bit of layering with using some scrap papers. I made the digi quite large and then fussy cut Ruby out and layered her onto my card front. Paper scrap selections are from the Zodiac paper pack 1 and Lilybug papers.
Betsy - This gorgeous Floral Spray comes from the Blooming Lovely Collection. I printed the image onto glitter watercolor paper. I closely followed the colored version in the Collection for the flowers as I watercolored them, then added more bits of sparkle by using glitter watercolor as accents. I die cut the panel and adhered it to a card base and added tiny iridescent gems!
Martine Bruinings - We all like shopping...isn't it? Well.... shopping is my cardio ! Hahahaha But... i'm certainly hope NOT that this will happen to me when i am old! This lady is a Funny Old Bag named Embarassing Moment ( this is were you can find all the funny old bags lol ) . And i have used Polka papers.. Paper Heaven 4 Horace & Boo . Well, have a nice shopping day...maybe here at Polkadoodles???
Jane – So I completely ignored the colour scheme the team had this week but at least I got the theme right. This is WANDA SHOPPING and I have placed her on a layered background using the FUNKY VORTEX GRID stencil, FUNKY BORDERS stamp set and FUNKY ALPHABET stamp set (all very ‘funky’). The sentiment is from the WANDA MESSAGES & QUOTES.

Candace - I used the image Shopping Rebel Girl with the sentiment from Topper sheet 8 - Shopping Wanda. The pattern papers are from Winnie Daisy Fairy Paper Patterns 2Winnie Daisy Fairy Paper Patterns 2 which matched the color palatte!
