So let's get to today's challenge...

 Sam - This challenge the DT had to use Yellow and Orange colours for Fall/Autumn.  One of my favourite childhood memories was going to the Botanical Gardens and collection all those rich colourful autumn leaves so it wasn't hard to find inspiration.  I have used Nature Lover - January and for the paper I have used Winnie Fruit Punch Paper Heaven 1.  Happy Crafting.


Candace - For today's challenge project, the theme is a color theme using yellow and orange and make something Fall/Autumn.  I used Autumn/Fall digi stamps download bundle to create this 3D card.  I took some of the images, printed out, then cut out to make a Fall/Autumn theme step box card. 

Jane – For my card today I have placed the lovely ODDELLA TWIG into an autumnal forest.  I have used two 6x6 stencils for the background; PARK LIFE and TREES/FOLIAGE and used leaves from the BEARY CUTE die set to scattered around her feet. The sentiment is from WINNIE SUNSHINE DELIGHTS , cut using a die from the TAGS set. 


Madison- For my card today I wanted to make a shaker element, so I inked some card stock with autumnal colours and cut some maple leaf shapes out to act as the shaker element. I have used the gorgeous Winnie has the focal point, and she's been coloured to look like she is off to an autumn ball. All finished with a cute sentiment.  


Laura - I love Autumn, it brings so much wonderful colour and with it, my favourite flowers.  So I had to have a play with the Too Cute Gil Rabbit Digi Stamp Bundle which has the cutest Sunflowers and pumpkins!  The sweet backing paper comes from the Little Monsters Printable Papers Digi kit.  To complete the easel gift box I decorated it with lots of blooms taken from the lovely Gil Growing Sunflowers Digi stamp. 

Lee - Are you all ready for Autumn? I know I am! And these little Just Lovely Honeypie cuties are too dressed out all in seasonal colors! They are so fun to color! I can't get enough of the Flower Collage Stencil and ink blending with Oxide Inks! So get outside and enjoy the Fall Colors and pretty days!
KIM - Hard to believe but here we are into August and thoughts of cool temps, warm apple cider and Apple Crumble come to mind. For my challenge this time, I decided to create a set of 3 cards, of course all centered around WINNIE. I used Winnie from Winnie Celebrations 3 line called Baked You a Cake, for my focal point card, as well as 2 Winnie's  from Sunshine Delights line called Sunshine Delight Delicious, as well as Sunshine Delight Happy Days. I used paper bundle bundles - Helga Hippo, Starfish Sandcastles & Work & Play 5. I added jewels and pearls in autumn colours to match the overall theme. More photos on my Instagram page - Have a Happy Crafty Week!

So let's get to today's challenge...

Our lovely Design Team are here to show you some ideas for a flower themed 'Unusual-shaped card' this week. We hope you can all get some wonderful, creative inspiration here!

Annette (Netty's Cards):  I've used a sweet little Bunnita Carrot Cake image and some papers from Eden Collection Paper Heaven 3 and Lily Bug Love Paper Heaven 2 collection.  I cut my cardbase using my Silhouette and added some doodled stitching around the edge, a little tag with my sentiment and some die cut flowers in contrasting kraft coloured cardstock.  My image is watercoloured using Ranger Distress Ink Reinkers.


Myriam: For this challenge we had to make a card in an unusual shape with a flower theme. I have used this free flowerpot shaped card template which I have cut out, turned around and attached together with foam pads along the side so that I can put another piece of paper inside the flowerpot. At the top of this blank piece of paper I have glued the precoloured stamp Bella Bear Daisy. She’s built up in 3D with foam pads. The text is one of the lovely sentiments from Winnie Celebrations 2.



Maz: For my floral, unusual card shape I used the beautiful Winnie Summer Dreams from Winnie Lets Hang Out Collection. I attached her to various die cut shapes using papers from Rose Budd Craft Download Collection and Timeless Rose Paper Pack. Sentiments are from Big Birthday Surprise Stamp Set. Rose: Hello there, today for Floral Challenge - I have created a Double Balcony card .. it was quite fun to create this card. Using Digital image  Sunshine Delight Happy Days incorporated with the digital paper collection - Twiggy & Toots Paper Heaven 4 Sentiment - Winnie Sunshine Delights Sentiments. Maritza:  Hello my crafty friends, for this challenge we had to make a card in an unusual shape with a flower theme. I have used digital image Blossoming  Winnie of collection Winnie Lets Hang Out, and digital paper and embellishments are Helga Hippo Heaven paper 2


Leigh: For this shaped card I was excited to use the Butterfly Gnome from the Gnometastic collection. I printed it then cut the outline of the mirrored image so that the card is shaped like the gnome – then I folded on the left side. I also used the following supplies: Prismacolor Colored Pencils on Kraft Cardstock, Gamsol – Minerals Spirits, Paper, Blending Stumps and a White Gel Pen to finish it off.


Anita: Hello friends and welcome to Digi Chooseday! Our theme for this challenge was to use images with flowers and an unusual shaped card. We have a forthcoming engagement coming up in our family and Polkadoodles had the perfect set of digital stamps to make this heart shaped card: The Proposal and the rose is from Winnie Winterland – Digis Digital Craft Papers. And of course, the diamond must light up!


Roberta: To make it I used the digital Gnometastic bluebells for the sentiments I used Winnie celebrations 2 sentiments. For the flowers I used two clear stamps: Queen of hearts and Flower collage.



Marzena: For this theme, I made a double-sided step card. Unfortunately, the instructions were not mine. But I found this kind of card very beautiful and fitting to the theme flowers.
I coloured the Winnie fairy digi with Copics. I also printed out the flowers from the Winnie Fruit Punch bundle, plotted them and decorated them on the card. I cut the paper from the set to match the colour and attached it to the
card. I printed out the sentiment on the middle page, cut it to size and attached
it with 3D adhesive pads.


These projects have been fabulous this week!

Okay, HOW are we in August already?? We hope you're ready for another month filled with fabulous craft projects and exciting challenges!

Our lovely Design Team are here to show you some ideas for a 'Celebrate Summer' card this week - filled with marvellous hot pinks, oranges and lime greens! We hope you can all get some great inspiration here!


 Jane – So what does a gnome do on long hot summer days? Well, he heads to the beach and makes sandcastles of course! This cute guy is GNOME GARDENING and I used a star punch to give him sunglasses for that holiday vibe. The 3 impressive sandcastles behind him (he’s been busy) are a single image from the WINNIE STARFISH & SANDCASTLES bundle resized and melded together in Word along with a sentiment from the GNOME-TASTIC SENTIMENTS download.  The beach umbrella was created using the GARDEN GLORY Stamp Soup set.

Candace - For today's challenge project, the theme is hot, celebrate summer and use hot pink, orange and lime colors. I used Rocco Dinghy image, sentiment from Winnie Starfish/Sandcastles Quotes and digital papers from Tatty Twinkle Easter. These products made for a cute summer card and tackled the theme perfectly!!

Madison - Todays challenge is to celebrate Summer, through bright and fun colours. I have used my inks to distress some kraft card, and have made this lift and reveal card. I have made a pinwheel from leftover card and added some flowers and leaves to go with the tropical feel. The card is featuring the extra cute Llama and the perfect sentiment from Winnie Celebrations 2.

Sam - Well I have had a challenge and a half this time round with not only having to pull from my inner warmth to make a summer card in the peak of winter but I also load my glasses so I couldn't see! After tackling colouring a couple of images I decided what is available in the recoloured digital range and boy was I surprised and delighted. I made my card with the recoloured Let's Go from the Winnie Special Moments range and the Winnie Starfish/Sandcastles Design Sheet 3. I played around with ink to get the background! Happy Crafting.

Lee - I hope you all are having a smashing summer! It's sure beautiful and colorful in the mountains where I live! And bright colors abound in my sweet Serenity card today! I used the lovely Serenity with Fence downloadable and my Copics to give her a cheery, summery look! And the sentiment is from the gorgeous Love and Kisses stamp set! And the tweet little wooden button birdie. I had so much fun creating the background with the Flower Collage stencil and Distress Oxide inks! I hope you enjoy some crafty time and join our challenge this week!

Kim - Happy August everyone. For today's challenge I'd like to share with you my HOT card design. I used my favorite Polkadoodles digi WINNIE from the  Winnie Celebrations line called Let's Celebrate, https://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/lets-celebrate-digi-stamp-printable-download-winnie-celebrations-1/ which i colored with my Copic markers. I matted her ontop of papers from the Digi paks (which i might add are so easy to download and print out) https://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/eden-paper-heaven-plain-jane-5-digital-craft-download/ as well as https://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/winnie-starfish-sandcastles-papers-3-download/
