So let's see what the Design Team have been making this week!

Candace - For today's challenge project, the theme is Winter/Christmas and make anything but a card. I made a gift bag using the image Fairy Bella Christmas Bear and the present is from Christmas Bear Ephemera. The pattern paper is from Set 2 Christmas. I printed the sentiment out and cut with flag die and tied around handle of gift bag, the sentiment is from Christmas Greetings, Quotes and Sentiments.

Catrin -

Jane – Today I have a gift bag to share decorated with some of the stunning pre-coloured images from the amazing value POINSETTIA WREATH set.

Kim Stewart - Almost Christmas time. Are you ready? Have all your shopping completed? For my Design Team Project this week, I've created and decorated a book box with everything Winnie(of course) and inside the box I added 4 large and 2 medium tags which i also decorated. I used some pre coloured images and some that i coloured with my Copic markers. My Winnie images are from Winnie White Christmas called Christmas Shopping which i coloured with my Copic Markers. I glittered her hat trim and pom pom as well as the trim on her boots. As a final touch I added a bit of frantage around Winnie to give the effect of it snowing. I also added a surprise Winnie image in the bottom of the box from one of the Winnie White Christmas Design Sheets which i die cut out and then framed it. For my tags i used some coloured images from the Winnie Winterland embellies set as well as the same set but the regular digis that i coloured with my Copic Markers( candy canes especially) . Most of my decorative papers come from Bella Bear-y Christmas Set 2 as well as the new Santa Claus set 1 and set 2 which i manipulated in my software to change the colours of to fit my project. PHEW! Now THAT is a mouth full. Hope you've enjoyed my project. More photos of the inside of the box will be available on my Social Media on Digi Choosday..

Shruti - I've created this Christmas decoration using topper-sheet-5-christmas As the theme was "not a card" so why not to create some festive decorations 😇. Hope you like this decor piece with cute little 🐻 and Snowflake ❄️

Jennifer - Hello crafty friend, I hope you're enjoying the holly jolly season upon us! For this weeks project, I thought it would be fun to create an interactive snowglobe ornament. And using Polkadoodles digital ephemera download made it so easy! To get started, I uploaded all of the images from the "Bella bear Christmas" Christmas ephemera pack into procreate. I was able to size the images as big as I wanted and simply drag them into place to create the scene inside the snowglobe. To make the snowglobe a shaker ornament, I needed another snowglobe layer that's empty. So I imported a second snowglobe from the ephemera pack and sized it to match the first one.
After I was happy with the layout, I printed both snowglobes on some heavy white cardstock. At this point, you could use a cricut, or another auto cutting machine,to cut out both snowglobes leaving a 1cm offset. But it's a very easy image to fussy cut too. Then, I cut out the center of the empty snowglobe, leaving only the base, and the outline of the globe.
Next, I colored Everything using alcohol markers. But, being the holiday season, I just had to add some shimmer and shine to almost everything. I used a glitter brush marker to all of the snow, the berries, and holly leaves. But I wanted more! So I added glue to the top of the snow, select spots on the tree, and a few berries. Then, before the glue dried, I sprinkled it all with some clear glitter.
Now, it's time to make this ornament a shaker. I glued some clear acetate onto the back of the empty snowglobe. Then, I carefully placed some very thin foam tape around the edge of the globe portion, careful to make sure the entire circle was sealed. I popped some wider foam tape behind the base so it's got the same dimension as the globe portion. Then I chose a snowy glitter mix and placed some on the center of my scene filled snowglobe. Before sandwiching the layers together, I grabbed some gold cord and glued it to the top of the globe so it sits between the layers.
It's such a fun project to decorate your tree and add some extra glitter to your home. Cuz we all need more glitter this time of year, right? I hope you like what I've come up with this time. And I hope you have a wonderful holiday and a creative start to the new year. -Jennifer S @pueen_queen..

Samantha - Since Christmas is almost here, for this Digi Chooseday Challenge I decided to make a shaker tag featuring the adorable Rudolph digital from the Winnie White Christmas Collection. Cute little Rudolph is looking out the window onto a snowy landscape made using the Colouring Scene 4 Christmas Printable. As for the fabulous pattern paper background I chose for the main portion of the scene, well I picked a digital paper from the Elvis Wesley Moose themed paper and the sentiment I came from the Winnie White Christmas Sentiments . This tag is so cute, I am not quite sure who to give it!

The team have been really busy again this week - thankyou Team for your hard work over the past 52 weeks of 2023!
