Jane– Hi again! this week I've been using the cute Freddy Fox collection along with the Latte dies – I'm liking this colour combo I think I might need to use this one again! See you next time!
Wendy J – Hello everyone I hope you are all well and enjoying Autumn – such a wonderful time of the year as the leaves change colours and start to fall! Today I have an Autumn card to share made using the fantastic Freddy Fox Collection. I chose the sweet little watering can and a couple of the little bees from the jam packed ephemera set for my main image, coloured with promarkers in warm Autumnal colours and fussy cut out. There are pre-coloured images too if you prefer. Nikky challenged us to use some washi tape in our design (I'm sure if you are like me you have drawers of the stuff LOL). I stencilled the background using the mandala stencil from the Yuletide Christmas collection and then added little torn strips of washi tape into the corners. This panel was then mounted onto a paper from the Helga Hippo collection. Have a great week – love and crafty hugs Wendy J x
Ana – Hi everyone! For this week's Digi Choosday Challenge, the theme was to use at least one of the following: ribbon, bow, string, cord, twine, or washi tape. I took it as a fun excuse to go full crafty mode and made a mixed media Traveler's Notebook – complete with hand-sewn saddle stitch binding! I used the pretty Lilac Haze Watercolour Flowers collection for both papers and digis, along with Butterfly Fairy Winnie Daisy. I incorporated ribbon, string, and washi tape into the design and layered the cover with vellum, ink sprays, Glitter Snow, and stencilling for lots of texture. The inside pages are lightly embellished – perfect for journalling or adding photos later on. This was such a satisfying mix of paper crafting and bookbinding, and it makes a lovely handmade gift or personal creative journal.
KM – Made a clean and simple bookmark using the Flower Meadow digital stamp and sentiment included in the Digi Deals bundle. I cut the base using my cutting machine then added a tassel and ribbon, and it's done!
Kathie – Hello everyone, happy Digi Choosday, it's Kathie here with super cute image DLPD 9590 – I know it was meant to be Christmas image, but it shows you how images can be so versatile. The image was coloured with the Copic Colours: W01, W02, W03, C01, C02, C03, E00, E02, E29, E31, E40, E41, E43, YR02, YR07, YR15, YR23, R02, R05, R14, R27 Black & White Gel Pens. The design papers were Autumn Fall Paper Patterns 3.
