So let's see what the Design Team have been making this week...

Martine - Did you know that witches are have to go to school as well? So i made this notebook.
I used Ravella Witch and used some Halloween papers as well : Halloween Trick or Treat paper bundle 1 . Then I put on a broomstick { it's from Tim Holtz} , a big black paperclip and some black mosquito netting...which is very handy for this kind of occasion.

Ana - This notebook is one of my favorites so far! I used a detailed Science Girl Polkadoodles digi stamp, printed large for extra impact, and colored it with Ohuhu markers. The cover from the Happy Cactus Succulent collection, paired with solid cardstock for the spine. For the pages, I cut standard 80gsm A4 paper in half using my trusty Cutterpillar Pro. Everything is bound using my thermal cinch, which gives it a neat, book-like finish—perfect for stacking. I finished the cover with the colored digi and a cute Polkadoodles Work and Play Design Sheet for a little extra cutesy fun. It’s simple, colorful, and functional—wish I had these skills of notebook making and cutesyfy-ing back when I was still in school! Kaye - Going back to school? Then why not vamp out your notebooks to make them cute and interesting? This week, I made a notebook from scratch and decked it out looking like a locker making use of printable background from Noodle Panda Plains and Reach for the Stars Rebel decorating her own locker, I also sketched out her school essentials on the floor, with this kind of decorated notebook, who would lose it? Instagram: @kayeskraftivitee_

Kim S - Hi everyone! We were asked to decorate a bookcover this week with a school theme to get ready for September. I chose this cute new digi in the store which is from the new You Did It bundle - hope you like it!

Nina - I had the joy of creating a personalized school notebook for my friend’s daughter – full of little details and designed with love in a playful vintage look. I used different sizes of note-style die cuts, layered slightly offset for a fun and dynamic effect. For the background, I combined the brown polka dot digi paper from the "Bee Buzzy Polka Dots" set with the pink-and-white striped paper from "Bee Buzzy Stripes & Gingham" – such a sweet combo. The highlight is the cool girl from the "Knowledge is Everything – January" digistamp set – wearing sunglasses, with a flower in her hair and a book in her hands. I also added a die-cut paintbrush and paint splatter for that creative vibe. And of course, the perfect quote from the "Messages and Quotes – Wanda" set: "Born to sparkle, forced to work." I’m sure the little schoolgirl will be so excited to start her school year with this one-of-a-kind notebook.

Ana - Back-to-school vibes - nerdy but still cute and cool! I made these coordinating mini notebooks using Polkadoodles’ Studying Wanda digi stamp, Happy Cactus Succulent printable papers, and fussy cut elements from the Work & Play 12 – Scientist/Geek Girl sheet. I colored Wanda with markers and bound the pages with my Mini Cinch — easy, fun, and perfect for notebook lovers or little gifts! 💖 Instagram: @my.cat.and.crafts Facebook: My Cat and Crafts

So let's see what the Design Team have been making this week...

Wendy - I made this card using this lovely stamp set called Hearts & Flowers. I used printable backing paper from the Flower Meadow download bundle inside and out and then stenciled over it with the Wildflower Meadow stencil which is just gorgeous. I then just stamped and coloured these lush butterflies and popped them on the pop up!

Jane – When I’m in a hurry and need a card quickly pre-coloured digis are my go-to. This lovely image is one of the super value DIGI DEALS called BUTTERFLY FLOWERPOTS. I used the image twice, arranging them top to toe in Word, then reversing and making the bottom image more transparent to create a reflection.

Ana - Here’s a sweet little card I made using one of my favorite Polkadoodles characters — Winnie! I colored her with alcohol markers and added touches of glitter using glitter pens for some extra sparkle. Then I layered everything on soft pink cardstock with floral paper from the Winnie’s Let’s Hangout Paper Bundle. I also created a soft vellum window, added some die-cut butterflies (in both cardstock and vellum!), flowers, and pearl stick-ons for that dainty, dreamy feel. If you love pretty layers and sweet digi stamps, you can read more about this card on my blog! Follow my crafty adventures over on Instagram and Facebook — I’d love to see you there!

KM - Today, I'm sharing a cheerful card I made using the Butterfly Flowerpots digital image— perfect for brightening someone's day! I colored the image with a mix of water-based and acrylic markers, then added texture to the background using a stencil and some textured paste to complete the garden scene. To finish it off, I included a sweet sentiment from the Winnie Daisy Fairy Everyday Greeting and Quotes collection. Isn't it just wonderful to be loved by friends?

Ana - Hi everyone! I’m Ana from My Cat and Crafts and I’m so excited to be sharing one of the poppiest-uppiest pop-up cards I’ve ever made! You can find more of my crafty makes on Instagram @my.cat.and.crafts, on Facebook at My Cat and Crafts, and over on my blog. This project might look complicated, but once all the scoring and cutting is done — it actually comes together pretty easily! The result is a super duper dimensional card that’s full of fluttering butterflies and sweet good vibes! For this pop-up card, I used the Winnie Sunshine Delights Embellishment Bundle of Digi Scraps. I love that this bundle includes both pre-colored and black & white elements — perfect if you enjoy coloring your own pieces. Since this card needs lots of butterflies, I went with the colored ones to save time and still get that vibrant layered look. For the card cover, I used pattern papers from Winnie’s Let’s Hangout, the Grateful sentiment (which is currently FREE on the Polkadoodles site!), more elements from the Winnie Sunshine Delights Embellishment Bundle, and finished it all off with some enamel dots.If you want to try making this fun pop-up style yourself, I’ve shared a step-by-step tutorial here — give it a go! Happy crafting and see you soon!

Kerri - This is a card I made using the set Hello Pretty. I stamped the images onto card stock colored them with Prisma Pencils. The background was done with a stencil and glitter paste. The die cut Hello was used I cut it twice to make it thicker..

Thanks so much to the team for their GORGEOUS inspiration this week!

So let's see what the Design Team have been making this week...

Kim S - Today I'm excited to share the three tags I created using the brand new the Buzzy Bee Gnomes Big Kahuna digital download set. I chose 3 of the pre-coloured images which makes creating and crafting so much easier. All the hard work is done for you and is absolutely adorable and so much fun to work with. For these tags, I really leaned into the charming bee and floral elements, combining them with some sweet sentiments. I love how versatile this digital set is, allowing for so many creative possibilities. Especially when using the pre-coloured images.

Kaye - For this challenge, how about an interactive scrapbook layout? Using the Bee Buzzy Flower Digital Stamp and the Flower Rebel Girl both colored with Ohuhu Markers. Cutting out a mason jar and adding a tag for that extra flair. For the water, we just made an upcycled crinkle paper out of tissue paper from a local store and either you insert your photo inside the mason jar or outside, I'm sure this will be a guaranteed hit! My Instagram: @kayeskraftivitee_

Ana - Layers of love in every pocket! I designed this pretty tag pocket card with my Cricut and filled it with Polkadoodles Happy Cactus Succulent printable papers, floral embellies, pearl sticks, and soft ribbons. The star of the show? A pretty hand-colored digi stamp, Natures Beauty Girl brought to life with markers - popping perfectly against the subtle background. Sweet, soft, and totally handmade with heart! Instagram: @my.cat.and.crafts Facebook: My Cat and Crafts

Ana - Made this sweet Mini Album with Tags using Polkadoodles Happy Succulent Cactus Printable Papers and a sentiment from the Honeypie Greetings pack. I designed the cut file in Cricut Design Space, added solid cardstock for the base and tags, and finished it off with a polkadot ribbon. Quick, cute, and perfect for photos or a fun card! Instagram: @my.cat.and.crafts Facebook: My Cat and Crafts

Terri - I adore colouring this type of theme and decided to make a fun fold card and have the Swimming Coral Mermaid(and a turtle) “floating” on acetate strips. For this you need thick acetate or product packaging. It’s easy to create this style of card base and create it to whatever dimensions you like. Mine is 6x4 1/2 and I started with a 7 "pre-bought card base and then I cut a piece of thick white card stock to 6x4 1/2”. I scored and folded the piece of card every 1 1/2”, so that I had 2 “mountains" to adhere my floating elements too. With the 7” card base I turned it so it was top folding and trimmed it with my guillotine so it was 7x4 1/4, then trimmed the back to 6” tall and left the extra 1” on the front to be scored and folded to be a glue tab to attach my accordion folded card piece on to.
Before printing my mermaid and the background scene, I measured the size of the mermaid so it would fit nicely into the scene, flipped it vertically in Open Office (free version of Word) and copied and pasted so I had 3 mermaids on my horizontal paper sheet. With the ocean background I kept the page in vertical orientation and resized it it 4 1/2 inches wide. I then added a copy underneath but again flipped it horizontally, so that the two scenes, when adhered to the mountain folds of the card base, would look different and create a nice little pocket of ocean for Coral to float in. I also coloured more sand on the scene nearest the back so it would appear slightly taller too.
I used an ocean themed sheet of paper from Coral Mermaid the paper set to mimic water in the background. As the colours in this sheet were a lovely ocean blue and a very pale blue pattern, I made gentle flicks alternating two Copics BG11 and BG32, to make it more cohesive with the scene as I had used those colour when colouring up my scene.
I used a very versatile sentiment from the Coral Mermaid Quotes pack making this card suitable for everything from Birthday's to Graduations to New Jobs!
There are waay too many Copic colours used to list, but I will list those used on the mermaid: skin- E53, E51, E00, R02 & R11 (would usually be E50 for my lightest skin tone but my marker needed refilling); Top & flowers - RV63, V04 & V17; Tail - BG000, BG11, BG32, BG13, BG49, BG09, BV00, V04.
A top tip for you when colouring a scene is to ensure that you use a colour several times, as it helps the scene look more cohesive. This is why I added the two BG colours used in her tail onto the blue paper background.
Thanks for reading my essay (I will have a blog soon and can direct you there for all of the details and process photos lol) and I hope you like my fancy fold Mermaid card. Crafty hugs and I will see you again soon for more crafty inspiration, Terri xx

Nina - I created two floral tags in a romantic shabby chic style. The delicate designs feature two different kinds of poppies from the  Blooms 6 Poppy Flower Bundle digistamp set  colored in soft rose and warm greige tones. The  sentiments °•May your Day Blossom with Happiness •° and °•blooming Beautiful •° are from the °•Spring Flower Mothers Day Friends Greetings Sentiments•° set.

Martine- Let's make a card with flowers....but with a tag to. So, my card is in tag- shape and have a gorgeous digi on it : Poppy Flowers Autumn Fall Fox. I know you have many colored poppy flowers but i wanted mine in that gorgeous red color. I put some red { old } Dutch stamps on it and i had some fake red poppy flowers to put on.

Thanks so much to the team for their GORGEOUS inspiration this week!
