So let's get to today's challenge...

Today the team were challenged to make something using PASTEL COLOURS this week - let's see what they came up with...!

Jane - A very simple card from me this week using this gorgeous little bunny from the LOVE ALWAYS collection called WANT TO SQUEZZE YOU. The paper and sentiment are also from this bundle.

Sam - This week the DT's challenge was for a pastel toned smile card as when I saw this image (Hopneypie Spring Lambs) the first thing I did was smile so thought it was perfect for my creation.  I also used the Eden paper collection #3 and for the sentiment was from the Winnie Special Moments quotes bundle.  Happy Crafting

Candace - For today's challenge project, the theme is You Make Me Smile, use any image and use pastel colours.  I made this card using the image Something to Say - January.  With her holding a blank sign, I inserted in the sentiment from Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Sentiment/Quotes then printed out the image.  The papers are from Enfys Jetsetting and Distress Ink Papers Spots.

Madison- Today's challenge was a pastel themed smile card, so I wanted to use some simple card strips in pastel colours to make a sweet background. I also liked the idea of Winnie Skys the Limit image in pastel colours so I have used that and added in a sentiment I made from two different sentiment collections

KIM STEWART - Happy Digi Choosday! For this weeks Design Team Challenge our topic was "Make me Smile" using pastels. I chose one of the cutest little bunnies from the new release called Love Always. For my project i chose the Love you Bunches Digi  - I coloured her in with all different shades of pastel pink with my Copic markers. I used papers from paper pack bundle  Winnie Paper Pack 1 and Winnie Celebrations paper pack 2. I chose a sentiment from the wonderful sentiment pack that goes with the Love Always line. I outlined Ms. Bunny with matching pastel pink flowers witih one red flower as a pop of colour. Have a crafty week.
LEE - It's beginning to look like hearts and flowers! LOL This week we're using some pastel colors and I thought this little Honeypie Love Heart was just the thing! She is just so precious and of course the fabulous Toadally Cute paper fit the bill for a Springy look! I can't seem to create without a bit of sparkle so love my Spectrum Noir sparkle pens! And a touch of satin ribbon and some butterfly embellishments! Now I think she'll bring a smile and a hug to someone who could use one!
Marina - For this card I used an A5 card stock for base and for the background I printed the paper from Dragon Onesie Little Dude - Little Dudes . I used my markers for colouring in pal colours the  Party Little Dude - Little Dudes  stamp and cut it around leaving a white border around . For the sentiment  I used "Happy Birthday" from the Winston Deluxe FULL.
Parmi - It’s Tuesday so it means it’s time for another Digi Choosday creation.  Theme is “you make me smile” with pastel colours.  So a unicorn themed card it is.  Created using the Special Time - Sparkle Unicorn digi stamp which is coloured with alcohol ink markers in pastel colours.  I then created a background pastel rainbow drawn by hand and coloured with markers, finished with gold shimmer spray to add lots of sparkle to the design.  I added the sentiment which is cut from glossy vinyl to match the curve of the rainbow with my Cricut, but this could be stamped on the card front with an alphabet stamp.   The card was finished with some embellishments to add dimension and sparkle to the final design.
LINH  – Do you know someone who could use a smile? Sending a little happy mail is sure to put a smile on anyone’s face but Sunshine Delight Cheeky Winnie is particularly lovely. I love how she is sweetly reminding us to smile. Winnie is taking center stage on this center stepper easel card decorated with beautiful papers from Lets Hang Out. Check out my process video below if you’d like to see how I made this card.

Big thanks to the team for their New Inspiration this week!
