So let's get to today's challenge...

Today the team were challenged to make a Winter Birthday card using blue themes...

 Candace -  For today's challenge project, the theme is Winter Birthday, use blue and grey colors and make a shaped card.  I used the image Frosty Penguins - Octavia Frosted Winter for the main focus of my circle easel shaped card.  The papers in the background are from Paper Heaven 1 - Winnie Special Moments and Printable Papers 2 - Winnie White Christmas.  The sentiment is from Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Sentiments.

Jane – Happy New Year everyone!So, my tag-shaped winter birthday card is for my brother, and I thought LITTLE MONSTER MALKOLM would suit him very well. I have used stamps from the STAMP SOUP GARDEN GLORY set to create the parachutes (totally appropriate for the recipient) and used the CELEBRATION BACKGROUND stencil for the base. MALKOLM is wearing a woolly hat from CHRISTMAS FISHES to keep him warm!

Sam - Happy New Year Everyone and I hope that your 2022 is fantastic!  For this challenge the DT challenge is to make a winter birthday in which I used Winnie Winter Christmas Shopping...I hope I disguised the Christmas in the image well.  I also used Serenity Fairy Wishes Paper Heaven 2 for the patterned paper and Winnie Celebrations 3 Sentiments for the sentiment.  It does feel odd making a winter card when in Melbourne Australia where I am it is is 38 degrees C today.  Happy Crafting.
Parmi - This Card was created by cutting a shaped card base using the Cricut (could be created by drawing out the shape by hand and cutting it out on a fold.  This was cut from blue card stock and I added the rainbow paper printable from the sparkle paper bundle from Polkadoodles.  The adorable puppy is from the Scruff the dog cupcake digi stamp which is coloured using alcohol markers.  This image was glued to the front og the card and a birthday die cut was added to the front in black cardstock to finish the card.  Links to the products I used are below:
Marina - I was looking at the image "Just Lovely" and I was trying to find one kind of shape card and I decided to make the same image in a shaped card. I used my markers to paint it in blue and grey colours and I cut it around without cutting the part on the top of the head. There I create a crease to glue a white paper in the same shape of image for being the opening of the card. The card has size 18 x 13 cm. With the same blue I colour the sentiment...


LINH (LVHandcrafted) – Today I have a winter birthday card to share. I knew when I saw the Perfectly Balanced – January digi stamp, I had to make a rocker card. It’s so perfect that she’s balancing while the card rocks back & forth. So much fun! For the pattern paper, I used Winnie Celebrations 1 Paper Bundle. Since the original digi paper was multi-colored, I color-shifted it to blue to match the blue/grey color scheme of my card.  You can’t do that with a physical paper pad! ðŸ˜ŠCheck out my process video to see how I made this card.
