Candace - For today's challenge project, the theme is Happy New Year, use any image and make anything. I made a card using Winter Time - Octavia Frosted Winter, thought she was perfect for a New Years card. For the background paper, I used Winnie Winterland - Paper Heaven 1 and the sentiment is from Winnie White Christmas Sentiments.
