So let's take a look at the Design Team's inspiration this week - it's time to start thinking CHRISTMAS!

Candace - For today's challenge project, the theme is to get organized for Christmas,  I used the Christmas image Snowy Sleigh with Parcel and Gifts - Elvis Wesley Moose.  and made this snowy scene card.  I used Stitched Circles Dies for the inside and the pattern paper is from Happy Christmas.  The sentiment is from Winnie White Christmas Sentiments.

Jane – I went for a black and white theme for my Christmas card featuring sweet little EVIE WITH POINSETTIA. I stamped and embossed on vellum using the MERRY CHRISTMAS POINSETTIA stamp set and used the SNOW GLOBE DIE as my card base.

Catrin - Hi everyone! Are you ready to get organised for the Big 'C' - today I have created a clean and simple Christmas card using the image 'Leaving Mince Pies' from the Winnie White Christmas Collection. The image has been coloured with Promarkers. I have added the sentiment which you can purchase from the Winnie White Christmas Big Kahuna Download set. To complete I stencilled a corner with stars and flicked some metallic red water colour paint. 

Melanie - It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas on the Polkadoodles Digi Choosday blog! EEK!  The Image I've chosen to use is Suki cat mail and lollipop printable digi -  Suki has decided to be super organised and post his letter to Santa just to be sure Santa receives it on time. I printed Suki Cat out using my laser printer and printed on to Polkadoodles white Graphic paper and coloured the image using my Spectrum Noir alcohol markers. I used some glossy accents on the hearts and the lollipop to provide a clear shine and to add some dimension. I finished the card off by using the Winnie white Christmas digital sentiment ‘Christmas Wishes...

Kim Stewart - Have you started your Christmas card stash yet?  I am one of those last minute souls. 😉 For my challenge card this week  the theme was 'Get Ready for Christmas'.  i chose one of the ever so cute Gnomes from Gnome Festive Fun called Put Your Boots On...
I picked my papers from Elvis Wesley and Paper Heaven's Horace and Boo pack 4 . I picked the Horace and Boo just to show that you don't necessarily need to use a CHRISTMAS paper if you don't have any. I added glitter to Santa Gnomes toque pom pom and boot trim. And finally mulberry flowers to finish my design off.

So let's get to today's inspiration... We're bringing you some inspiration for Autumn/Fall today, so let's see what the team have created for us!...

Sam  -  This week at Polkadoodles the Design Team had the challenge of making cards in tones of yellows and oranges.  So I have used the supper sweet Octavia Moonfry Wistful fairy for the imagine Work & Play 12 paper heaven 4 and Happy Cactus Succulents patterns 1 papers and Serenity Fairy Wishes Sentiments.  Happy Crafting!

Maritza: Hello my crafty friends, for this week the Design Team had the challenge of making projects in tones of yellow of oranges. I made my card using digital image Darling Daffodil, I painted with colours pencils,  embellishments are digital image coloured  autumn fall...

Maz - for my Orange and Yellow themed card, I used the ever so cute Honeypie, Stick With Me and coloured using ProMarkers. I used embellishments from the Autumn/Fall Digital Download  Collection. Sentiment is from the Daisy Days Printables. All details on my blog.

Rose - hello,.  Today I am using beautiful digital image Serenity Fairy Joyful coloured her with Copic Markers together with digital papers Winnie Fruit Punch Paper Heaven 1 . Inked leaves in the background added other embellishments . All the details are on my blog...

Marie - As we head into Autumn here in the Northeastern USA, the leaves will start to change from green to the vibrant colors of Fall, Orange and Yellow being among them.  I used the adorable Honeypie Out and About image on my card.  She is placed onto a foil cardstock panel embossed with a leaf embossing folder.  You can read all about my card on my blog. :)

Donna - I hope you are well and enjoying a great day. The team is designing with the colors Yellow and Orange and my card today features the lovely Serenity Fairy Princess  from the Serenity Collection.  I've colored her with alcohol markers and framed her with a fancy edge die.  Isn't she Lovely?  For the card recipe, please visit my blog HERE. 


Christin - At the moment I enjoy my summer holidays and the autumn knocks on the door. At least for the designteam which prepares something in orange and yellow for you. I took the Marigold from the darling buds and coloured her a brightful dress of orange flowers. I made a slimline card so the Marigold comes into its own. I hope you like it.
Ann-Nicole - This week's challenge was to create a fall themed card, so I chose halloween because there are some seriously cute halloween themed stamps, digital papers, and sentiments available at the Polkadoodles store.  Today I am sharing a shaker halloween card that I made with the adorable Pandora Halloween witch from the Spellbinding collection.  Find out more on my blog!
Wendy - I used the amazing (huge!) Winnie Fruit Punch collection to create this card using different elements from the kit, including some embellishments that are precoloured - I love the little hives and jars of honey, plu sof course, the bees are so adorable!

So let's get to today's inspiration... We're bringing you some inspiration with flowers today, so let's see what the team have created for us!...

Jane – Today I have an arched shaped card to share featuring the beautiful BUTTERFLY TREE FAIRY. The paper and sentiment can be found in the WINNIE DAISY FAIRY collection and I added one of the butterflies from the BLOOMS BUTTERFLY BUNDLE in the background.  The die at the base is called DELICATE DAISY BORDER.

Catrin - Hi everyone! today I have made a flower shaped card that fits perfectly with the Winnie Daisy Fairies. I have used Flower Fairy Plant Pot - coloured with Promarkers and then Fussy Cut. I have die cut flower shape backing papers from Serenity Fairy Wishes Paper Heaven 3 and Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Paper Heaven 7 . I have added some die cut lace effect border some twine and paper flowers. To complete I added a sentiment from Work & Play 10 Embellies.
Melanie - I’m not going to lie, this project had me stumped for quite a while. The challenge set was to create an unusual shaped card and the theme was flowers.  As you can see, I have created a mini card in the shape of a plant pot and the image I used was the Bella Bear Daisy printable. I printed and coloured the image using my spectrum noir alcohol markers and placed this into the opening of the plant pot.  I then used the ‘if friends were flowers, I’d pick you sentiment from the Winnie Daisy quotes and sentiments - and added this to the plant pot label. I finished the card off with adding some foliage which was cut using my scan n cut machine and added some white flowers. And just because I need a little bling on a card, I used some white pearls to the centre of the flowers to complete the card. Happy crafting!
Madison- For todays challenge, which was to use flowers on an unusual card shape. I have used some lovely papers, as mat layers on the card. The images I have used are from the Winnie Sugar Sprinkles collection. I then fussy cut some flowers from the same collection, and have added a nice sentiment to finish the card off. 
 Candace - For today's challenge project, the theme is to use an image with flowers and make an unusual card shape.  I used the image Spring Flowers Gnome image, super cute flower image!!  I made a center step card, it was unusual for me as I don't make them much! The pattern papers I added are from Spring Gnomes printable papers. 
Lee...What a lovely and colorful August here!  How is yours? This week the design team is featuring flowers along with a different shaped card. I used my larger dies to create the shape and I'm so in love with all the fabulous goodness in the Honeypie Big Kahuna package! So so cute! Also most of the embellishments come from the adorable Berry Crush collection. The fun sentiments are from the Octavia Moonfly collection. And then of course ribbon and some sparkle pen and dew drops and buttons and flowers! LOL Oh my indeed! I had fun making this summer floral creation... hope you get some crafty time in too!
Kim Stewart - For our challenge this week I couldn't wait to get started colouring up one of the new Zodiac digis from the Zodiac Big Kahuna download.  I chose the Virgo image for my Easel Card. My digital paper choices also come from the Zodiac Big Kahuna download bundle. I coloured her up with my Copic markers, added in some glitter glue to make her sparkle. I surrounded Ms. Virgo with digital flowers that i fussy cut out.  These come from the Helga Hippo Floral/Foliage download. Hope you have a crafty week.
